Lukas Hartmann leads the editorial team at BetIndex and is responsible for every Parimatch review published on this site. After several years working as a sports betting trader and casino analyst for various European bookmakers, he moved into editorial work in 2018 to put that hands-on experience into independent, practical reviews.

His focus is the German market: account currencies, payment methods, KYC processes, and what an operator actually delivers inside the account – not just what the marketing pages say. For every review, he registers a real account, deposits his own money, and documents every step from sign-up to first withdrawal.

Lukas is based in Berlin and writes in German, English, and Russian for the respective language versions of BetIndex. Questions about his reviews or feedback on an article can be sent directly through the contact page.

Who We Are

BetIndex is an independent comparison and review site for sports betting and casino operators, focused on the German market. We are not an official Parimatch operator and take no editorial direction from the brand – our reviews are based on our own account testing, not on supplied marketing material.

How We Test (Methodology)

Every review follows the same structure: registering a real account, making our own deposit, completing KYC verification, and checking the sports and casino offering, payment methods, support channels, and player protection tools directly inside the account. Where the public pages do not state something concretely – such as a fixed bonus percentage or a fixed withdrawal time – we say so directly instead of substituting an assumption.
